Trenia Parham
Leadership Strategist, Consultant, Speaker, Facilitator
Trenia Parham is a Leadership Consultant & Strategist for mission-driven leaders and organizations. As a Social Worker and Relationship Coach, she spent the last 20 years leading, training and mentoring in the nonprofit and public sectors as well as running a Relationship Coaching business for 10 years. Now she combines her leadership and relationship coaching experience with an innovative holistic lens to help mission-driven leaders who are on the brink of burnout, lead and work in a way that’s sustainable. She also helps organizations and companies create a thriving workplace by improving systems, tone, climate and culture, reducing conflict and retaining talent.
David DeVaughn
Leadership Development Coach, Consultant, Speaker
David DeVaughn is a highly skilled Equity-Responsive Leadership Coach who guides leaders to prioritize values that drive individual growth, policy, and systemic change. With a strong commitment to advancing equity and justice, David leads StrivEquity Consulting LLC to collaborate with leaders, grassroots organizations, advocacy groups, and institutions in aligning and prioritizing initiatives to dismantle structural barriers. Depending on their positioning, power, and identity, David equips these leaders to enact individual learning agendas and identify capacity-building opportunities to achieve their personal and professional goals, while promoting a more just and equitable society.
David's leadership coaching curriculum and approach center on diversity, inclusion, race, equity, care/compassion, and trauma, and has emerged as a leadership coach through the Teleos Leadership Institute's Teleos Coach Development Program. He is a 2013 National Urban Fellow at the National League of Cities and a 2011 ProInspire Fellow. David holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies/Latine Studies from Williams College. Originally from Chestnut Hill, MA and Brockton, MA, David brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to promoting equity and justice to his leadership development practice.
David’s past and current collaborations include the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; LEAD Institute, Community Foundation for Monterey County; Michigan State University; the Department of Education Office of School & Nutrition Service; and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Urban Agriculture.
